FINALLY!

I'm finally back in my blog!

I somehow lost the ability to get into my blog and it has taken me forever to figure it all out....PATIENCE and keeping at it, has proved successful!

Hmmm, kinda like TTapp!?! :)

I'll give a quick update and then hope to have more posts soon.

I am still 100% consistent with my workouts. Right now concentrating mainly on LB workout. I should receive MORE today along with TA and am excited about adding those to what I have! I am in a plateau right now and it is VERY discouraging at times. I am staying consistent though. It is all I can do. I LOVE LOVE TT and the way I feel. Hardly any back pain, hardly any knee pain and PF is GONE! so I can't really complain! (although I do) :)

Patience and keeping at it.........

Here is a thought for today from the book of Galations:

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9

Hebrews 12:2   Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God

2012

Another year!
What are we going to do with it?
Everyone makes resolutions, even if they don't keep them. It's just something we do on January 1 each year. Here is an idea for two important resolutions every TTapper can make this and every year:

The first and most important, even more important than your physical health! Huh?! Yep, it's your spiritual health!

1 Timothy 4:8 says, "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."
So, is that our excuse NOT to exercise? I don't think so! :) We need to put our spiritual health first as THAT is what will last forever.
The Bible also says in 1 Corinthians 6: 19,20: "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

So, Paul is telling us to take care of our bodies because if you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you are not your own, therefore glorify God in your body, taking care of your body and keeping it healthy, taking care of what you do to your body, what goes in your body and that includes what goes into your mind too.
Plan to make a resolution this year of how we will take care of our spiritual health!

NOW for a TT resolution:
Remember what DTM's TT tip is. It is very simple and very effective, if I can just DO IT! :)

1. Proper form!
2. Isometric contraction!
3. Consistency!

It gets very discouraging at times and I often think of Charlotte and how she did not meet all her goals when she wanted to (she details that in her ebook). BUT she did get there and following these 3 steps are what I plan to implement with my TT WO this year! Remember, if you only average a loss of 1 inch per week, that is 52 inches in one year!
Have a Happy 2012!
